HÀ NỘI — The Government has issued Resolution No.19/NQ-CP dated February 28, 2020 approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the establishment of ASEAN – China Centres between governments of ASEAN member states and China.

The MoU was signed in the Philippines on August 6, 2017 on the occasion of the ASEAN – China Foreign Ministers’ Meeting.

The Government has assigned the Foreign Ministry to conduct diplomatic procedures in line with regulations, and work closely with ministries and agencies to realise the MoU. — VNS
