It also urges enhanced international co-operation in financial assistance, technological transfer and capacity building for developing countries in response to climate change. The session adopted 15 other resolutions regarding information technology and human rights, the rights of migrants and fighting discrimination against women and girls. The remaining 10 were passed by vote, including ones on human rights in the Philippines and international co-operation in human rights, among others.
The council approved Việt Nam’s national report under the third-cycle Universal Periodic Review, and others by 13 other countries.
