VN vows to lift restrictions to facilitate foreign investors: PM Phúc

Việt Nam pledged to lift restrictions in various areas including services, telecommunications, financing and banking among others, facilitating foreign investors’ engagement without any limits and raising their ownership in the country, said Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc.
