Vietnam calls for intensive cooperation within Francophonie community
October 13,bog da so 2018 - 01:00Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Phạm Bình Minh yesterday urged the Francophone community to promote intensive cooperation and take a holistic approach on all issues in order to find effective solutions to deep-rooted crises and instability such as inequality, poverty and underdevelopment.
