HÀ NỘI — President Trần Đại Quang yesterday began his official visit to Cuba from November 15-17 at the invitation of President of the Cuban Council of State and Council of Ministers Raul Castro.

The trip will be followed with his attendance at the 24th High-level Week of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum in Lima, Peru, from November 17-20.— VNS
