HÀ NỘI (VNS) — Việt Nam strongly condemns terror attacks on civilians, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Lê Hải Bình said yesterday, a day after a bomb blast in Pakistan claimed more than 70 lives and injured hundreds of others.
In response to reporters’ questions on Việt Nam’s response to the attack, Bình said Việt Nam was indignant at the news of continuous attacks on innocent people, including the bombing in Pakistan.
“Việt Nam shares the pain and great losses suffered by the Pakistani Government, citizens and families of the victims,” Bình said.
He affirmed the country’s belief that terrorists will be punished justly. — VNS
