Rotterdam seeks to expand ties with VN localities

The Netherlands’ port city of Rotterdam is keen on expanding multifaceted co-operation with Vietnamese localities, particularly HCM City, Mayor Ahmed Aboutaleb told Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc yesterday.
